This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your data when you use monsitelocal.ch. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Who is responsible?

What data I receive
- Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), business name (if given), trade, town and message.
- Through WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the messages you send me.
- By email: your email address and the content of your message.
Why
Only to reply to you, prepare your mock-up and send you a quote. I process this data because you contacted me (to answer your request) and to prepare a possible contract. Your data is never sold, rented out or used for advertising.
Who it is shared with
The contact form: Web3Forms
The form goes through the Web3Forms service, whose only role here is to forward your message to my mailbox. According to its data processing agreement (web3forms.com/dpa):
- Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative, in India.
- Messages are stored with Amazon Web Services (a US company, region not specified) and Hetzner (Germany / Finland), and kept by Web3Forms for up to 3 years.
- Web3Forms uses sub-processors, mainly in the United States: Cloudflare (security and network), CleanTalk and Akismet (spam filtering; they receive your IP address and email address) and Microsoft Clarity (analysis of how their service is used).
- For data coming from Switzerland, Web3Forms commits to applying the standard contractual clauses recognised for such transfers.
The countries involved are therefore mainly India and the United States, which do not offer the same level of protection as Switzerland. If you would rather avoid this service, simply email me directly at sunny@monsitelocal.ch: your message then only reaches Infomaniak, in Switzerland.
If you message me on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), in particular in the United States, under WhatsApp's own rules.
Hosting
Infomaniak hosts the website and my mailbox in Switzerland.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no visitor statistics and no advertising. Fonts are hosted on the website itself.
How long
If we don't work together, I delete your data no later than 2 years after our last exchange. If you become a client, I keep what is needed for the contract and the accounts, for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to sunny@monsitelocal.ch. I reply within 30 days.
